Terms and Conditions

1. Operator Information (Provider)

Pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce, the provider of the Service is:

2. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the legal relationship between the Operator and the User downloading, registering, or using the WishBloom mobile application and its coming-soon website (the "Service"). By creating an account, the User enters into a legally binding digital service contract with the Operator under Hungarian law. If the User is under 16 years of age, they may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Service Description and Registration

WishBloom provides a digital platform to create, manage, and share personal wishlists.

  • Authentication: Registration is performed via Google Firebase Authentication. Users may register using an email and password combination, or via a passwordless One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their email or phone.
  • Security Disclaimer: The Operator utilizes Google Firebase for secure authentication and database management. The Operator does not collect, store, transmit, or have access to User passwords in any readable format. The User is strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their device, OTPs, and login credentials.

4. User Conduct and Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content that is unlawful under Hungarian or EU law, infringes intellectual property rights, or is highly offensive/discriminatory.
  • Exclusion of Liability: The Operator merely provides the platform for the wishlists. The Operator is not a party to any transaction resulting from external links placed on wishlists and assumes no liability for the products, their delivery, or third-party website content.

5. Termination

  • User Termination: The User may terminate this agreement at any time by completely deleting their account via the app's settings.
  • Operator Termination: The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary.
